Since 1994 The Country Butcher in Dawson, MN, has offered a variety of retail meats, sausages, jerky and snack sticks. For nearly 20 years and counting, we have served our farmers and customers with custom meat processing for beef, hogs, lamb and venison. We look forward to serving you with all your butchering and meat needs.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We are accept all credit/debit cards, check and cash.

  • How can I buy TBC meat ?

    You can purchase meat at our TCB shop in Dawson, MN Tuesady-Friday from 10am to 5:30pm or Saturday from 9am to 1pm. We also have meat for sale at the Madison Mercantile in Madison, MN. We are in the planning stages of delivering meat to Montevideo, MN.

  • Can I order beef/hogs from local farmers?

    Yes, we partner with local producers to provide you with fresh, local beef, pork and lamb.

  • What cuts of meat do you provide?

  • Does TCB take special orders?

    Yes. Give us a call at (320) 769-2238 to discuss your special order needs.

  • Does your retail change seasonally?

    Yes, throughout the year we offer limited time products. In November, we process venison and have Thanksgiving specials. December typically features prime rib and shrimp. Seasonal specials will be listed here and on our Facebook page.
